We offer compassionate counseling. Our well-trained professional and peer counselors have more than 30 collective years of experience.

Healing From Rape
A six-week group designed to assist women who have been raped in their journey from victim to survivor. This group combines education, therapeutic intervention and hands-on projects to help facilitate healing. Topics of discussion include prevalence, social myths, safety and self-care, healing from rape and moving forward.
Wise Women
A group of women ages 55 and older. Women who can share wisdom,
insight, and support on positive aging, health and wellness, retirement, spirituality, relationships and other issues of interest to this age group.
Parenting Classes
An 8-week class for women who may be experiencing problems with their children or who may have children in Foster Care and are mandated to attend parenting classes. If children have been removed from the home because of domestic violence, we offer a domestic violence support group as well as individual counseling.
Forgiveness
An 8-week bible-based group to help women understand what it means to forgive, the dynamics of forgiveness, identifying the symptoms of unforgiveness, understanding the process of forgiveness, and choosing to heal. This group is facilitated by a minister and peer counselor and designed to "set the captive free".
